1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of nustur services is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence. These Terms and Conditions may be amended, modified, or updated by nustur at any time without prior notice. Continued use of nustur services following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for updates.

By creating a nustur account, you represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (ii) you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction; (iii) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; (iv) all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete; (v) you will maintain the accuracy of such information; and (vi) your use of nustur services does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

To access nustur gaming services, you must register an account by providing accurate personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method details. All information provided must be truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without notice.

2.1 Age Verification

nustur strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of twenty-one (21) years for all Players, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations and responsible gaming standards. You must be of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction of residence to register and play at nustur. We reserve the right to request government-issued identification or other documentation to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals and gameplay privileges, until verification is completed satisfactorily.

Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. If we discover or have reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under the legal gambling age, we will immediately suspend the account, void all gameplay and winnings, and return only the original deposit amounts to the funding source used. We implement robust age verification measures and encourage parents and guardians to utilize internet filtering tools to prevent minors from accessing online gaming websites.

2.2 Account Restrictions

Each Player may maintain only one (1) active nustur account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in closure of all accounts associated with the Player, forfeiture of any balances and bonuses, and potential legal action if fraud is suspected. Players found to be operating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bonuses, or other benefits will have all accounts permanently banned without refund of any kind.

nustur reserves the right to refuse account registration or terminate existing accounts at our sole discretion, particularly in cases where we have reasonable grounds to believe: (i) a Player has violated these Terms and Conditions; (ii) a Player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behavior; (iii) a Player has used nustur services for money laundering or other illegal purposes; (iv) a Player resides in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited; or (v) maintaining the account poses a risk to nustur's operations, reputation, or legal compliance.

3. Deposits and Account Funding

nustur supports various deposit methods convenient for Filipino players, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard), and cryptocurrency options where available. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed during the deposit process.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Most deposit methods process instantly, with funds appearing in your nustur account within seconds to minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfers may require up to twenty-four (24) hours for processing depending on the banking institution's procedures. nustur does not charge fees for deposits, though third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction fees which are the Player's sole responsibility.

All deposit transactions must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed, with the account subject to immediate suspension pending investigation. We implement stringent anti-money laundering (AML) controls and may request source-of-funds documentation for unusually large or frequent deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in transaction reversal and account restrictions.

3.2 Responsible Deposit Management

nustur encourages responsible gambling practices. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings to help maintain control over gambling expenditure. Once a deposit limit is set, it cannot be increased immediately; increase requests require a cooling-off period of seventy-two (72) hours before taking effect. Deposit limit decreases take effect immediately upon request. These controls exist to protect Players from impulsive gambling decisions and promote sustainable gaming behavior.

4. Withdrawals and Account Winnings

Players may request withdrawal of available account balances at any time, subject to verification requirements, minimum withdrawal thresholds, and bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed by nustur within the timeframes specified for each payment method, typically ranging from fifteen (15) minutes to seventy-two (72) hours depending on the withdrawal method selected and verification status of the account.

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Before processing withdrawals, nustur requires Players to complete identity verification (Know Your Customer - KYC procedures) by submitting government-issued identification, proof of address, and potentially additional documentation depending on transaction volume and regulatory requirements. This verification protects both Players and the platform from fraud, identity theft, and money laundering activities. First-time withdrawals may experience longer processing times while verification is completed.

Withdrawals must be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own name, matching the name on the nustur account. We reserve the right to verify ownership of all payment methods before processing withdrawals. Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements specified in the applicable bonus terms and conditions. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these requirements will be declined, and the Player will be notified of outstanding wagering obligations.

4.2 Withdrawal Limits and Processing

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per time period (daily, weekly, monthly) depending on the Player's account status and VIP tier. Standard accounts may have lower withdrawal limits compared to VIP accounts, which receive prioritized processing and higher limits as part of their enhanced service package. nustur reserves the right to adjust withdrawal limits at our discretion, particularly for accounts demonstrating suspicious activity or unusual withdrawal patterns.

In cases of exceptionally large winnings (progressive jackpots, major tournament prizes), nustur may arrange alternative payout schedules or installment payments to ensure secure fund transfers and compliance with financial regulations. Such arrangements will be communicated to the Player directly and documented in writing for transparency and mutual protection.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

nustur offers various bonuses and promotions to enhance the gaming experience, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP-exclusive promotions. Each bonus and promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions which supplement these general Terms and Conditions. Players must review and understand the applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

5.1 Bonus Terms and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (turnover requirements) which specify the number of times the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit amount must be wagered before associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements typically range from twenty (20x) to fifty (50x) depending on the specific promotion. Different games contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements: slots usually contribute 100%, while table games may contribute 10-20%, and some games may not contribute at all.

Maximum bet limits apply while wagering bonuses, typically set at ₱100-₱500 per bet depending on the bonus type. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, collusion with other Players to meet wagering requirements artificially, employing betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonuses without risk, or any other behavior determined by nustur to constitute abuse of promotional offers.

Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, accounts may be suspended or terminated, and nustur reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for fraud where appropriate. Only one bonus may be active per Player at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Players must complete wagering requirements for one bonus before claiming another.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available at nustur operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealer systems that ensure fair, unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined solely by random chance and skill where applicable (such as poker or certain card games), with no manipulation by nustur or any party. We work exclusively with licensed game providers who undergo regular auditing by independent testing laboratories to verify game fairness and randomness.

6.1 Prohibited Activities

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities: (i) using automated betting systems, bots, or software that plays on behalf of the Player; (ii) exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for unfair advantage; (iii) colluding with other Players to share information or coordinate betting strategies unfairly; (iv) engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, payment fraud, or identity fraud; (v) using VPNs or proxy services to disguise location or circumvent geographical restrictions; (vi) reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from nustur software; or (vii) any other conduct that nustur determines, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, fraudulent, or detrimental to fair gameplay.

Detection of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potential permanent account closure with forfeiture of all balances, winnings, and bonuses. nustur employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and gaming integrity monitoring to identify irregular betting patterns, collusion, and other prohibited activities. We cooperate with law enforcement authorities in cases of suspected criminal activity.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between a Player and nustur regarding account activities, game outcomes, bonus terms, or any other matter, the Player must first contact nustur customer support to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. Disputes should be submitted in writing via email or through the customer support ticket system, providing detailed information about the nature of the dispute, relevant dates and transactions, and supporting evidence.

nustur will investigate all disputes thoroughly and respond within a reasonable timeframe, typically within seven (7) business days for straightforward matters and up to thirty (30) days for complex investigations requiring detailed review of gaming logs, transaction histories, and applicable terms and conditions. Our decision will be communicated in writing with explanations of the rationale and supporting documentation where appropriate.

8. Limitation of Liability

nustur and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of nustur services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if nustur has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nustur's total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or your use of nustur services shall not exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your account during the six (6) months immediately preceding the claim, or PHP 10,000, whichever is less.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the nustur platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, software, and the compilation thereof (collectively, "Content"), is the property of nustur or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The nustur name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of nustur or its affiliates. Players may not use these marks without prior written permission from nustur.

10. Termination

nustur may suspend or terminate your account and access to services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use nustur services ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms and Conditions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity obligations, and limitations of liability.
